The condo has been recently updated and ALL areas of the home are beautiful. There is plenty is space foe hanging out with your family and friends. Bedrooms and Bathrooms have plenty of space and storage. Screened in porch is lovely. We will definitely rent this condo again!!

Spacious, super clean (essential during the pandemic), well stocked (kitchen, rooms, basic supplies), good location, quiet & well-maintained neighborhood. It feels just like home! Suggestion: 1. Would be great if a couple of USB ports could be installed throughout the house. 2. Wonder if WIFI speed could go faster; was extremely slow (basically unusable) during our stay.

It was very peaceful and a much needed getaway. Able to socially distance and not feel overwhelmed by people , even though it was a busy week at Seabrook. We enjoyed having time with family - beach walks, pool time , a little golf and even some horseback riding . We have been coming to Seabrook for years. We came to Seabrook this summer because we felt we could do so in a safe manner. Really enjoyed 2501 Chateau by the Green. It was nicely shaded, quiet and away from the busier parts of the island. The property itself was nicely outfitted. Plenty of room. It came with more amenities than we have ever experienced when staying in a property at Seabrook; such a pleasant surprise! We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. We cooked in and did take out . Loved sitting on the screened porch each day

Very clean, updated and well stocked property. It's a good location for beach & golf. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen items along with beach items. Would highly recommend!

We loved the layout and location of our rental. It was great spending time with family.
