Cute condo, loved the view and location. Unfortunately it rained a lot but the last night we were able to walk out to the beach. Saw several dolphins and a beautiful sunset. The condo was well equipped and just as described. It was a wonderful experience!

This is our second time staying at this property. Wonderful location and great customer service. The ladies at the Rental management company Coastal Getaways are great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment with everything one needs, close to board walk and beautiful view with amazing sunsets!

The view from our condo. Being back where we’ve spent so much time when my parents owned a home on Oyster Catcher. We enjoyed the amenities and were glad it was included. We enjoyed the pool. It’s changed a lot since 2003! Loved the view and location. Easy walk to the beach club. The unit is a little tired and could use some updating. The couch makes some loud noises when you sit on it. The outdoor cushions could use updating. The shower in the hall bath could be redone for not much money. Very strange bubbling window film in the master. The property could use some bath mats. We thought your company was excellent to work with and we would definitely use you again.

We enjoyed our stay at 1306 Pelican Watch very much and plan to return next summer if possible. The condo was great and thanks for providing such good information prior to the trip.
