We had a wonderful time. Beach great for our two Labrador Retrievers who ran, swam, and met so many friends. Condo was lovely and just what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Short walk to the beach - not much beach however during high tide. Fishing good as well. Witnessed dolphin stranding - an awesome sight. Enjoyed equestrian center. All in all - wonderful getaway. Highly recommend, especially if you have a dog. Easy access to the beach, clubhouse, pool.

This condo/villa at Pelican Watch is in a great location! We love the area and have visited many times. This is our 3rd visit to Seabrook this year. This unit was clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there. They also had beach chairs that are in good condition and easy to carry to the beach. The wifi worked great too. We have stayed in some units where the wifi range is very short and you constantly have problems connecting. This is not the case in this unit. The flooring looked new and the kitchen and baths looked recently remodeled. There is also a ceiling fan on the deck. Coastal Getaways of SC is a good communicator and they have a good process with clear documentation and instructions. Very professional. If you are planning to stay at Seabrook and are looking at Pelican Watch, you will be happy with this unit.

This was our 3rd year staying at Seabrook. We LOVE IT! We will always vacation every year at Seabrook!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! From our morning coffee on the terrace to bike rides to beach walks to the scenery and all the animals (deer, birds, dolphins, and of course bugs). Super fun & relaxing! The 1st time we've actually been on vacation and felt rested and recalibrated upon returning home. WE WILL BE BACK!
