House was well stocked and it made it very easy. We will be renting again from you next summer.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. One suggestion maybe someone could put down some no slip strips on the stairs leading to the house from the out side they are very slippery went wet. Looking forward to going back next year.

The layout of the home was lovely with the master bedroom downstairs. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. I liked the hooks by the front door and the bench. We really liked the extra beach towels : ) as well as the extra sheets to change beds between guests. Perfect for a beach place! We always enjoy our trips to Seabrook. This year we enjoyed the small pool in the Village of Seabrook neighborhood. We also loved the new Osprey cafe. I did find the pool area and Pelican's nest area a bit dirtier than i remember and one employee at the hamburger place by the pool wasn't very friendly. I will say he was grilling and it was a very hot day .

This house is just as nice as pictured. Very pretty inside. Kitchen is very nice. We like to cook, and this kitchen has a good set up - most of what you'll need. Two things - the hand mixer does not work, and the blender is not the best quality. Bring your own if you really need these items. Both upstairs rooms have one bed each. It would be nice if one of the rooms had 2 twin beds for families traveling with siblings who don't want to share a bed, which is probably most siblings.

3005 Seabrook Village Drive is a fantastic "home base" for a Seabrook Island sojourn. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious, furnished beautifully, and centrally located. It's only a short drive to the beach, while the Lake House (with large indoor/outdoor pool and fitness facilities) and Racquet Club are walkable. The Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village are a bike ride away. Speaking of which, there are 4 bikes available for use, as well as plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys and an umbrella. The kitchen is amply equipped with all that we needed, and there's a closet stocked with games and a gazillion movies. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The Village at Seabrook (where this house is located), has its own private neighborhood pool and easy access to walking/biking trails around a lovely fish-stocked lake. One of our best ever Seabrook stays! Looking forward to planning a long weekend with 4 of my golf buddies and this would be the perfect place.
