The whole family enjoyed our experience, from the location and closeness to the beach and pool, to the cleanliness and layout of the property. Would stay again.

We were able to get away from Charleston area and spend some quality time together (as a family) in a beautiful location. We really loved the many additional activities that were provided with our stay, including the bike rental. Thank you so much for all of your help. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

The house was very comfortable EXCEPT for the beds. Speaking mostly of the bed in the bedroom attached to the screened porch; replacing the mattress would be a HUGE improvement I think the kitchen faucet needs some adjustments; was unable to get the sprayer to pull out and retract. My husband took a look at it and said it appeared to either be caught, or ‘stuck’; we made do using plastic cups to rinse the other side, etc., but I think it might need to be checked

LOVED the location of our rental this year; love access to the Beach Club; and loved the choice of dining without leaving the island. The house is well equipped; the only addition would be some Rubbermaid, Glad, or Ziploc plastic containers in the kitchen; (to use for leftovers, storage for groceries, fruit, etc) I think you all are one of the best companies for rentals. We have been coming to Kiawah/Seabrook since 1979 when some friends owned a Night Heron Cottage. Unfortunately, they decided to sell so we became renters with other owners/companies. I really love the feel of Seabrook.

I needed 2 to 3 more glass corningware- type dishes with glass lids for reheating foods in the microwave. A nicer large salad bowl was also needed. The one I used and a hole melted into it. One of the bathtub/showers in the house was terribly clogged and would not drain. When I showered, the water was well above my ankles. It took a very long time for the water to drain out. Toward the end of the week, I was totally disgusted with the filthy shower. Because it drained so slowly, it could never be cleaned properly. I got my flashlight and looked into the drain and discovered a blockage. I got a coat hanger and pulled out enormous amounts of hair. I have a photo of this clog on my cell phone that I could send to you. I do not feel I should have had to spend my vacation cleaning out a drain. Whoever has been cleaning that house would have to be aware of this clog!!! In addition to the clog, this fiberglass tub/shower was very dirty. It had buildup on the walls as well as the tub floor. All this scum could be removed with proper cleaning. I have never had to shower in such a dirty tub. This tub has two places that have already been repaired. I feel this tub should be replaced. The tub I am referring to was located in the bedroom that faced the ocean and had a private bathroom. The outdoor porches were a nice feature. However, the furniture was a bit sparse and not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a chaise where I could have taken a nap. I fell asleep in the rocker one afternoon and almost fell out of the chair!
