The place was convenient, artistically decorated...just right for us. Seabrook is a lovely island with wonderful photo ops for my camera-toting husband and daughter, access to good take-out restaurants in this Covid era, convenient grocery, etc. we recommend both the area and 725 Spinnaker

Great location. The house was very well equipped, homely and really clean. Ample seating, and great views over the golf course and pond. Communication was very good...we were informed that we could check in early if we wished which was helpful. No hesitation in recommending this property.

We really enjoyed our week in Seabrook. It was fabulous! Weather was great, able to bike, hike, walk on beach with our dog, play golf and kayak! And enjoy sunsets over North Edisto River Took advantage of Xplorie link to reserve bikes and for kayak tour on Bohicket Creek (where we saw a dolphin fishing next to us!) Our unit was great, with views of lagoon and golf course. Convenient to river and ocean and club facilities, We dined twice at Pelican’s Nest. Glad the season was extended. Kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of outdoor grill and gas stove. Owners little notes throughout unit were helpful . Only negative was toilet paper, my wife didn’t like it since it was very thin. We are brought extra and used that so it wasn’t a big issue.

Very enjoyable Fall Break. Great location, short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed watching dolphins and riding bikes during sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was important to us during virus since we ate at the house all the time. The host gave very clear and detailed instructions. We are absolutely coming back.
