We love staying at Pelican Watch. This unit is great. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit provides 4 beach chairs, which is handy. We decided to not unpack our own beach chairs.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape for several days. The unit felt like home The location was magical. And we got to see deer, rabbits and even a brightly hued rough green snake. No dolphins this time but several shrimp trawelers silhouetted against brilliant sunsets.

This condo was clean, well decorated and close to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed watching sunsets from the porch. Would highly recommend and we will be back

Mom and I so enjoyed this property. Clean and roomy. Easy access to the beach. Which was great for my 82 year old Mom. Convenient to dining and shopping. Hope to go back soon!

First of all, you all have been fantastic from start to finish and we would never hesitate to rent from you again. Nancy helped us with finding a property. Lisa helped us when we had an air conditioning problem which was immediately corrected. At the villa, there was a binder with all kinds of helpful information put together by CGOFSC. Seabrook Island is a beautiful and peaceful place that feeds your mind, body and spirit, yet plenty to do for families. The location of Pelican Watch Villas was also ideal as it was right on the Edisto River inlet(still the ocean), close to pool and a simple short walk on the beach to the "full on" ocean when tide is low. The island amenities have a lot to offer. Initially, we were a little put off, by the fact at the ocean pool (closest to villa), you were not allowed to bring your own towels and had to pay $5/towel. However, it was not bad and we also went to the other pool (Lakeside), which we had to drive/bike to, but it is lovely pool as well. We stayed at 1317 Pelican Watch Villa. The villa has everything you need. We had done a lot of the Charleston/history type activities on previous trips, so we were content to ride bikes, walk, swim, enjoy the beautiful nature and watch the stunning sunsets which can be enjoyed from the deck. We preferred to take chairs and wine down to the beach for this nightly gift of nature. We also were allowed to bring our dog which is a sure plus for us. Our "Monty" enjoyed the trip as well. He had plenty of ball time on the beach during hours that dogs can be off leash. Again, the villa truly met our needs well. Thanks again CGOFSC for being such great hosts and all the work you do to be sure your clients have a fabulous vacation.
