Loved being so close to the path to the beach. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly,Beauty of the island. The fact that we had the entire beach for the most part to ourselves regardless of the time of day we were there. Felt extremely safe. Loved the pools and Pelicans Nest restaurant.Could not have wanted or needed anything more.Hope to return next year. owners as well as renters.

Seabrook Island was the perfect place for our week long vacation. The island is beautiful. The property we stayed in was clean and close to the beach and the pools. Property was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Weather was perfect which is always an added bonus when on vacation. Loved exploring Seabrook Island, Bohickett Marina, Freshfields village and the fact that Charleston was not all that far.

After trying Spinnaker last year we were glad to be back on Pelican Watch - everything about the condo was a 10 we will be rebooking for 24 🔜. Just need to confirm one other family commitment. 1303 Pelican Watch did not disappoint! Coastal Getaways you guys are the best!

Was a nice property. Great location right on the beach. Property management was very thorough with check in and check out instructions which was great!

We could not have asked for a better location for our villa. The view from the living room and deck was delightful.

My wife and I along with our small dog had a great stay in Seabrook. The condo was as advertised. The location was well maintained and very convenient to the beach. So nice to be able to enjoy our vacation with our dog. We want to come back soon.
