The house was fantastic and we really enjoyed every bit of it. It was beautiful and very accommodating for our crew. Thank you for everything. You made everything so easy for us-from helping us with the reservations, the detailed email communications prior to and during the trip and the willingness everyone had to help/answer any questions we had. As you know, my husband had that significant medical emergency and I so appreciate you accommodating a little bit later departure time the following day. Despite that hiccup, we had a great time and can’t compliment you all enough. The Seabrook Island Security and the immediate responders (SI Fire Dept and Ambulance), were amazing as well. Loved, loved, loved it!

Our family had a wonderful vacation on Seabrook Island. The island is beautiful and serene with so much natural beauty. We were thrilled with the property and the setting. The location was great for us just across the street from the #2 Boardwalk to the beach. The access to the beach was perfect for us with the whole family from the adult to the youngest granddaughter only having a short wagon ride to get to the sand. We were thankful for the push cart for the beach gear that we found in the garage as it came in very handy for all our stuff. The house has a couple of bikes that we used during the week even they could use a little tune-up, like a new pedal on one since it has rusted in place and won't turn properly when you ride. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the grill came in handy as well. I was very appreciative of the direct access to the house without having to stop at a rental office to get the key and so on. Overall we had plenty of room for our family to have a fantastic time together as well as separate space when needed for afternoon naps for the little one or space to clean up when getting ready to go out to dinner. There are many local restaurants that should get a mention when coming to the area, maybe an inclusion in the house notebook would be a good idea. We had some recommendations from friends, but some ideas from locals would be good as well as we had to juggle our schedule a couple of nights to get reservations to meet our needs. Jasmine's Porch on Kiawah has the best shrimp-n-grits in the the area, the Wild Olive and the Fat Hen are great places to eat only a few miles down the road as well. Overall it was just what we wanted for a week with our family from grown children down to a 18 month old granddaughter.

We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful community of Seabrook. The house is very nice and in a great location. We had everything we needed. Just reiterating that your organization does a great job – the communication leading up to and during was fantastic. Very detailed. Thanks for everything.

I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the house at 2278 Oyster Catcher Court. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could have possibly asked for. We all had our own bedroom, and my nieces were thrilled to have their own beds in their bedroom. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and fairly close to the gatehouse and swimming pool. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation spot. Thank you.
