We enjoyed the pools. Covid messed up Pelican’s Nest. But this year we had a house with a really awesome Kitchen. We really did not notice the restaurant not being open. The house was great. Clean and neat with enough towels and stuff. Loved the great windows and skylights. Gave the place a great beach feel. The safe roads to bike with the kids. The stash of beach stuff was really good. If I have know I would have ordered less bikes and not forced beach chairs in the car.

The house was beautifully redone and very spacious. Most of the appliances were good. The upstairs A/C stopped working one day and the temperature got up to 88 degrees in the afternoon, but the A/C was repaired the same day and by 11 pm the temperatures inside were back to 76 degrees. The pool at the clubhouse was great for the small grandchildren.

10 minute walk from the house to the beach. The house was very spacious and well maintained. We had 7 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our time at Seabrook and enjoyed the home on Catesbys Bluff- We travel extensively and I have rented many houses and apartments in the US and in Europe. A few comments- The house is lovely- spacious and the bedroom downstairs with two beds and the small playroom worked well for a family with small kids. The use of two bikes, beach chairs, and a beach wagon was very helpful- we flew to SC and could NOT bring chairs. The location and proximity to the beach and beach club were very nice.
