Seabrook is one of my families favorite places going back to the early 70s. The North Beach is always great for walking/relaxing (parking down there is getting to be more of an issue then in the past with the number of people increasing —- the “secret” of how wonderful Seabrook is has gotten out) —- we have rented houses from Coastal Getaways over the last 6 years. The location and view from 513 Tarpon Pond is our favorite.

Really liked relaxing with the family on a beautiful island—walking on the beach at twilight. 513 Tarpon—loved the view on the back and awesome screened porch. Nice size for a family of 4. Neighbor Les —nice guy. Nice to have the bikes and beach chairs. I liked that there was some cool artwork and trinkets conveying beachy vibe. Laminate wood floor nice on main. Communication was clear—no problems checking in. Small thing —but there were not any ping pong balls for the ping pong table under house— I ended up ordering a few on Amazon and left them for next guest. You have a cool chandelier/light fixture over dining table. I liked that it had a dimmer but I believe bulbs in light were not dimmable so when you dimmed light it flickered. Replace with dimmable led bulbs and this should solve problem.

We have enjoyed Seabrook for a number of years. This property is in a great location with beautiful views. Only issue was house was not adequately cleaned prior to arrival but this was addressed by Property Manager

We love the fact that the beaches are not as crowded as other vacation spots and the beautiful Spanish moss lined streets. We also enjoyed seeing about 5 deer on the boardwalk to Pelican Beach. They stood there and allowed us to get several nice pictures. We love staying at 513 Tarpon Pond. The house has everything we could need. Very clean & tastefully decorated.The info provided was perfect, the staff is very friendly & respond to questions quickly. Once again, our Seabrook vacation was wonderful! This was our second time staying at 513 Tarpon Cottage, and we hope to come back in the future. The house is perfect for our family. Lots of room, nice decor, well stocked kitchen and our favorite place, the large screened porch with the awesome view. We also like that there are several beach chairs, bikes and beach toys for the kids. As always, we hate to leave.

I stayed here with a few of my buddies for the week, and it was the best experience we could have had. The house is beautifully furnished, and all 4 of us had our own private sleeping areas with space to spare. There were enough bikes and beach chairs for all of us to ride around the island and spend the day hanging out on the beach. The grill on the back porch was perfect for grilling dinner each night. Each morning I enjoyed being woken up by the sun rising over the golf course and pond on the back side of the house. The island really seems like the setting of a Jimmy Buffett song. The house’s proximity to beautiful Charleston was also great.

It was a very family oriented, pet friendly and quiet environment. We felt safe being in a gated community. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of. All of the amenities were provided for our stay (even down to a baby gate for the stairs). Very relaxing and had beautiful scenery. Making reservations was extremely easy as well as checking in. Very pleasant experience and we hope to come back to the area again! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
