It is a very private and self contained community that is very accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t recommend a better place for a family getaway or just a personal vacation. The property is for in a premium location with one of the best Marsh views on the Island. Beautifully appointed, it provides a warm and tasteful retreat for both short and long term rental. Very conveniently located for whjatever your interests may be.

This property is gorgeous (obviously newly renovated). This is our third trip to Seabrook Island and each trip has been completely different for us. This time we traveled with our almost 2 year old. We picked this property due to the location of being walking distance to the playground and Lakehouse pool as we knew we would spend more time at the pool this trip than the beach. We enjoyed being a closer drive to the restaurants at Fresh Fields Village. The only big con for us was (again we traveled with a toddler) we had all intentions of using the sitting area off the master for our daughter to sleep in her pack and play and although bright and beautiful views with lots of windows, there was not a blind or curtain anywhere in the house. We struggled very much to get her to nap or sleep at night because there was nothing to make the room dark. This property is a split level with 2 sets of stairs (we knew this when booking), but really wish I would’ve brought a baby gate and was so hopeful I would’ve found one tucked in a closet. Just something to keep in mind for any families that travel with littles. Overall, beautiful, clean home with a convenient location. Loved the decor and the living room sofa! We will return as Seabrook is one of our favorite little go to islands.

This property was perfect! It is updated and comfortable. It is always nice to bring along our pup. The view is one of the best we have had at SI - we have been visiting for more than 20 years! We plan on renting it again in the future. Coastal Getaways is always great to work with.

This property was absolutely stunning. Beautifully renovated and decorated - not overdone, not underdone. We were in Seabrook to help tend to an ill family member who resides on the island and returning to this property each evening added such a comforting welcome and peaceful place to rest despite the circumstances. The view from the window upstairs might as well have had a picture frame around it - perfect spot to read and watch nature during the rainy weather we encountered. Kitchen had everything needed. Location was convenient. Thank you for sharing such a great place. Will definitely be returning!
