While a little outdated (carpeting is an interesting choice for a beach rental), the property overall was great! The condo was clean and had amazing views - could see dolphins, deer and pelicans from thievery window. The community has a private access gate steps away in the connected parking area, great for little kids so you don’t have to haul sandy kids and gear in the car. Just need to keep an eye on the tide chart, high tide comes all the way up to the rocks and leaves no beach for a few hours during the day. Closets are all big enough for a pack and play if you have a little one needing some extra quiet/dark space to nap/sleep!

The only thing I would change would be some of the decor is very outdated but extremely clean and great location

Very good location and well stocked with essentials. There are no bikes on this location. We enjoyed the friendliness of everyone we talked to and the views from our condo! I would definitely rent the same condo again.

Beautiful condo in perfect location, lots of personal touches, amazingly well appointed kitchen, only negative carpeting and possible mold on living room beam. Will rent again

Everything needed and more for a great family vacation. Property manager is extremely easy to communicate with. Hoping to be back before the summer is over.

There are spectacular ocean views from every vantage point, whether inside the villa, sipping coffee on the deck, peering out from the balcony, or lounging on the beach; and the location is perfect; easy walk to the pool, restaurants, and golf course. The villa was well stocked, with everything you would need including kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies; there was plenty of space with ample dining area. The living room area was great, and the furniture very comfortable; it had a very homey, cozy atmosphere! Also enjoyed bbqs on the Weber Grill. The beach was the best! Loved walking from one end to the other. Be sure to go to Captain Sams Inlet where we saw dolphins stranding and pelicans diving in for fish! There was an abundance of wildlife. You may want to rent bikes so you can ride on the beach at low tide as well as throughout the island. It was a plus to see boats, barges, and tugs coming in and out of the Edisto River. Loved the privacy and peacefulness of it all, including the spectacular sunsets!
