Perfect spot for a family vacation. Direct access to nearly empty stretch of the gorgeous beach.

The house was beautiful and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms except for the master bedroom were very small. The trail to the beach from the back of the house being the bridle trail was great to see the beautiful horses every morning. The beach club pools and Pelicans Nest were convenient.

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and our first post-covid family vacation. This home and location exceeded all our expectations. The pictures of the house are representative of the property, but don't adequately depict the WOW factor when you walk in and see the home and setting in person. We had plenty of space for 7 adults to spread out and relax, cook, exercise, do a bit of work and enjoy the beautiful view over the ocean. The beach was a short 5 minute walk through the dunes/brush. The perfect combination of privacy, access and spectacular views. We used the club for tennis and golf and this worked smoothly with no problems booking all the days we were at the property. We didn't want to leave and definitely will look to book this property in the future.
