Nicely appointed and comfortable. Modern and seems recently refreshed The terrace was lovely as was the view I’m already booked to come back!

We had a wonderful visit, once again, down to Seabrook and look forward to booking again shortly! We enjoy trying new locations on the island when we come, and like the option of bringing our own LSV with us. We are always looking for reasonable pet friendly rentals that accommodate our family of 5! This property was very clean and simply decorated, which is always a plus with a rental! We really enjoyed the location of the Atrium Villas and how easy it is to walk over to the beach. I can only imagine this is even better when it's warm and the pool is open.

Seabrook and the condo exceeded our expectations. The condo’s location was perfect and the property pool across the street was absolutely gorgeous - more like a resort than a HOA pool. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We also took advantage of the Activities package and rented a bike through Seaside Cycles and were very happy with their service. The sunset at the Salty Dog is not to be missed. The last time we saw a sunset like that was in Hawaii; unbelievably beautiful! I’ve already mentioned our trip and Coastal Reality to several friends. Thank you so much for your email. We are currently sitting in a typical Atlanta traffic jam and wishing we were back at Seabrook.

This is our third year at Seabrook Island and this was, by far, our favorite place we have stayed! The location was perfect to access the beach or go to the pool! The covered porch was where we spent much of our mornings and nights, and the unit had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful week at this Atrium villa at Seabrook. 4adults and one 4 year old were very comfortable in the villa. The location was perfect with ocean views and a pool and ocean side restaurant a very short walk across the road. The villa was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for our stay. The shaded decks made napping on the deck enjoyable. We will be back.

It was our first time there so I’m not sure we knew exactly what to expect but definitely exceeded our expectations. Our location was perfect to be at the pool or the ocean depending on the days. The property was perfect. Again - location was perfect and the home was incredibly comfortable (bedding, towels, etc.). The wrap around porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Plus we really appreciated the washer and dryer. Everything was there. The one recommendation may be instructions for the Bosch washer (where detergent vs fabric softener goes). I did google. 😆 We can not wait to come back
