We LOVE that you can feel completely isolated in Seabrook but then go to the Beach Club and feel like you're at a resort. It's a perfect mix for us. Walking through the door of the villa is a perfect first impression of vacation! With the expansive view and well maintained and clean living room it's very welcoming. Beds were comfortable, rooms weren't cluttered at all, and we loved the variety of games and puzzles provided. The rental had plenty of bath towels provided and extra blankets in all of the closets. Everything was VERY clean on arrival which we loved! A few of the kitchen pans could be replaced as they don't sit flat on the stove however, we found that overall the kitchen was extremely well stocked with items you don't typically find in a rental! Overall this is our favorite rental on Seabrook to date, and we will most definitely be back!

Great house and spectacular view. Very nicely appointed. Convenient location - walk to tennis, fitness center, horse stables, a bike ride to the beach. We will stay there again. But it is not appropriate for the disabled.

My girlfriends and I had a relaxing time at 1515 Deer Point Villa. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view of the marsh and all the wildlife was so beautiful. We were there to have a fun time but also for some meetings. The large family room with the dinning area attached was more than perfect for our time. The kitchen had all we needed as well. I also liked how there were extra areas to be outside with the porches. We will definitely consider renting 1515 Deer Point Villa again!

The villa is beautiful. The view overlooking the marsh and crab dock from the living room was by far my favorite feature. The owners have a great library of perfect beach reads, and some helpful birding books too to identify the rare birds on the island. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and everything was easy to locate. Beds are comfortable with high quality linens. Everything was very clean and fresh. Everyday I was able to do something new at Seabrook: whether biking around the island, kayaking up the Kiawah River from the crabdock, or hanging out at the beach. I loved how quiet Seabrook is-- it made it truly a relaxing vacation.The info was all very helpful for my planning what to bring, and what resources on the island would be available (rental bikes, etc.) I can't think of anything else! Everything was there! Beach umbrellas, spare beach bags, laundry, luggage stand and closet hangers, emergency flashlight. I appreciated how thorough it was. I also liked that we had access to basic cleaning supplies.I loved it and can't wait to return-- it was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time! Thank you!

It was a wonderful trip! The home was perfectly outfitted for our stay-we cooked in for breakfast and one dinner and had everything we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The home was beautifully and comfortably decorated. I am a tad biased as I helped the homeowner actually decorate it! However, I am also pretty discerning when it comes to design, function and decor? The neighbors were friendly and the view gorgeous and peaceful. We will be back!
