~The Seabrook villa we rented was a gem, with a very well-equipped kitchen, a lovely living room, and 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The villa has a warm and welcoming Beach House feel, with all the creature comforts! The beds are comfortable- the couches and chairs invite conversation, the TV is there for quiet evenings… and best of all: our villa had a view of the golf course and of the lagoon - and the beach is a short five minute walk away. So even when you are inside, nature is close at hand. My husband golfed every other day and we both enjoyed a great meal at the golf club. The weather interfered with plans to use the Lake House’s outdoor pool - but I look forward to swimming there next year! We found Freshfields was a great spot to grab groceries and have a casual meal- and we went into Charleston to see the new (and spectacular!) African American Museum. The one suggestion we have: It took a few days to realize how MUCH there is to access at Seabrook with our Amenity Cards. Our sincere thanks to the owners who open up their special spot to visitors. We have a summer cabin in Canada and we understand how special vacation properties are to the families who own them. Thank for sharing yours. We can’t wait to return next year.

This place was wonderful—close to the beach for long walks, several decks for coffee or wine, three bedrooms with a bathroom for each, gators for sighting, bikes and beach chairs—we had a great time!

This was the third different property we have rented at Seabrook and it was b First of all, the location is fabulous. A short walk to boardwalk #3 means the beach is easily accessible and other Club amenities are only a slightly longer walk (or very short drive) away. The Villa itself is nicely updated with tasteful, comfortable décor and EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a short or long stay (we were there four weeks and found everything we needed). The beach bikes were a pleasant surprise as they were both newer and nicer than expected. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the living room each morning and watching the wildlife in the pond. When the surf is up, you can hear the waves clearly from inside the Villa which is always much appreciated for ocean lovers like ourselves. The three decks offer you choice of sun or shade throughout the day and are a great way to enjoy the outdoors without venturing out. This is a wonderful Villa and we could not recommend it more. Five stars! far and away the best one yet.

We had a great time at the house. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, so we were able to enjoy lots of homemade meals. The check in/out process was smooth and it was easy to communicate with the hosts. We also love how the house is dog-friendly. We'd love to return!

Had a great stay! The house was cozy and perfectly located on this island. There was plenty of space and privacy. Check in and out was easy. Coastal Getaways of S.C. were responsive and willing to help with any questions I had. Thanks for a memorable weekend!
