We had a wonderful time staying on Seabrook Island! We enjoyed meals on the screened-in patio and daily trips to the beach. This shady villa was quiet and the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation.

We enjoyed our Seabrook stay very much! The location of the villa ideal for biking to pool and beach. Also very convenient to have private pool at the villa. Villa was well stocked and clean. One suggestion is for the comfort of the beds. Beds were all very firm and somewhat uncomfortable. Check in and communication process were quick and easy. Thank you

Beautiful setting near the golf course and nature trail. Easy bike ride to the beach access points. Nice to have the convenience of neighborhood pool. Condo furnished with all necessities.

This is not my first time staying at this property and definitely will not be my last!! I absolutely love the communication with the listing agents and they always exceed my expectations! Property is beautiful and very conveniently located!

I cannot say enough about the loveliness of the condo - so well appointed and comfortable. Thankful that the internet worked well because I ended up having to do some work while there. The pool at Live Oak Villas is beginning to need some more serious maintenance as it is showing its age, but still lovely. So appreciate the hard floors versus carpet in the condo - bravo! We found everything we needed in the condo - nothing missing that we saw. we also appreciated the logical organization - things were easy to find. The freezer wasn't working properly. There seemed to be a leak as there was ice forming at the bottom and along the top edges of the freezer. Additionally, everything frosted over in the freezer, and the freezer door didn't seem to want to close properly. Upon examining it, I noticed that someone had installed the large freezer basket backwards. I removed it and reinstalled the correct way, and all freezer problems disappeared.

This is a lovely villa - comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you will need. Owners have paid careful attention to the important details. Would highly recommend!
