Perfect long weekend getaway for our family. Less than 5 min golf cart ride to the beach. Wonderfully appointed! Easy check in!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa that felt like home! I would return!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 2501 Chateau by the Green. The house had plenty of nicely decorated space. The kitchen was well stocked with all that is needed for dining in. Seabrook Island is beautiful and all of the information provided to us prior to our arrival was very thorough and helpful. The beach is clean and very uncrowded. The beach club was a nice option for us to spend time with our grandson once the rain eased up.

This trip was part vacay and part dropping off our youngest at College of Charleston. Love the quiet, slow pace of the area, love the beach and the beach club (which has changed dramatically over the years!). Very nicely decorated, felt homey, living area, kitchen, and bedrooms were spacious enough that we did not feel like we were on top of each other (mom, dad, and 3 pre-adult kids). Ants were a problem, even keeping some items in pantry were found by the little buggers. Service guy came to spray end of week, so hopefully that would help the next guests! If you can’t bring or forget to bring something, there is always a place of business to get what you need. Seabrook Shoppe is nice and Freshfields has been a wonderful! Dryer filter area (area that the filter sits in) looked to be pretty clogged with lint. May want to take it apart to clean out. I have to do that occasionally with ours. Nancy and her team always do a wonderful job of welcoming and accommodating guests!

Nicely decorated, well supplied kitchen to start with upon arriving, bedrooms are spacious, updated bathrooms. Love the idea of sitting on shaded patio or in enclosed porch.

We had a wonderful week in Seabrook Island. The Chateau was clean, well stocked, beautifully updated/decorated and spacious. It was centrally located and amenities were an easy bike ride or car ride away. We all enjoyed the Beach Club pool & beach area. It was also great to have several beach accesses (w/ boardwalks) when we wanted to just have a peaceful time at the beach. Having access to the LakeHouse pool etc….was also a plus. This was our first trip to Seabrook, but it will certainly not be our last!
