We loved this rental for our family of three for a few days. Pretty walk to the beach (seemingly more on the river than ocean). Lots of bird sounds. Gorgeous town of live oaks and Spanish moss. Fun community pool. Awesome beach walk accessible from a different boardwalk (the walk from this property is blocked by a private boardwalk). The only thing a future renter might want to consider is the camp schedule of the neighboring camp. We had some rowdy fifth graders singing “YMCA” for a couple of hours for two nights. Not so bothersome for us (we had a fifth grader in tow), but if you’d like a quiet sunset dinner on your balcony, you might check the schedule. (Noise curfew at 8p helps!)

Wonderful condo perfect for the two of us. Nicely decorated and maintained. Spectacular water and wildlife viewing. What made our stay was Coastal Getaways, the property manager. After our first night in another unit, we noticed a lot of noise in the unit above us, ie. construction. We called and Alison in the office was great. Said she would investigate and call us back as they didn't control the property in question. We promptly got a call back from her, very apologetic and offering to move us to one of two other units. They had no idea there was going to be construction all week. We accepted the proposal and moved into this unit and enjoyed ourselves. We were allowed to preview the unit and housekeeping was just finishing, and handed us the key. This is a wonderful unit and it's managed by a team who reminded us there are a lot of good people in this world. This could have been a tough situation with construction overhead for a week, instead we were able to move and enjoy this unit. Thank you Coastal Getaway.

We absolutely adore this villa! The views were breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back again!
