Loved the location, the views, cozy furnishings. We love the beauty & quaintness of the island been here several times.

The location of this home was perfect. Centrally located close to beach access, outdoor pool and golf clubhouse and a short drive to Freshfields Village. The description of the home and the photos were spot on.

This property was great, just as advertised on VRBO. You can’t beat the views from the three different decks. The lagoon was my favorite, every day you’d see a variety of birds, turtles, deer, flying fish and don’t forget the alligator’s!! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels. The responses from the rental company were helpful and quick if I ever had questions. Another perk which was an added bonus through this rental were the complimentary activities through Xplorie and they too, were wonderful to deal with. Seaside Cycles a must because its a great way to get down to the clubhouse and beach access locations and just to peddle around to see the beautiful homes and views. This particular property was a perfect location to beach access, the pool, clubhouse and a short drive to Freshfields Village for groceries at Teeter Harris and window shopping. For the drawbacks: Did not like that we had to pay $5.00 /person for towels to use at the pool. That certainly adds up for multiple family members for the week. Did not like that we had to pay additional fees to use the fitness center and the indoor pool. The two drawers on either side of the stove don’t open all the way due to poor design. If you like to cook vs going out to eat the kitchen area is not that big so you wont have a lot of space to work with. The worst thing that occurred on the 4th night of our stay was that there was a Palmetto bug AKA cockroach. It was found in the main bedroom and then again another was found the next day under the dining table. We were pretty upset and grossed out. Definitely more pros then cons!! I would return to South Carolina if given the chance.

We had a wonderful week! We thought the villa was beautiful and had almost everything we needed. We could've used some beach going supplies such as chairs or blankets since we did not come very prepared for beach time except our towels and swimwear! There was an outlet behind the couch that was pulled away from the wall and we ran out of toilet paper rather quickly, but other than that we loved the villa, the community and felt safe there. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the helpful Alexa/Xplorie customer service and the friendly ladies Coastal Getaways.We rented bikes and rode around the island and enjoyed the shops and restaurants on Kiawah as well. The sleeping accommodations fit our family well. The air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed the pots pans, serve ware, and glassware that were provided. We purchased groceries from the Harris Teeter Market for the week. My husband and I honeymooned on Seabrook in 1997, staying at the Pelican Watch Villas, so this was our 25th Anniversary trip and we took our children! They enjoyed the ocean, the Beachclub pools, reading on the lounge chairs, the pro shop, the shopping on Kiawah and The Salty Dog! We were unsure of the St. Johns Dolphin tours and kayaking options..are they on Seabrook or Kiawah? We would recommend your service and these villas to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! We hope to return again someday!

Our stay was great. The house was nice and had everything we need. Coastal Getaways were very responsive and great to work with.

We had a wonderful week in our Sealoft Villa. It was the perfect space for my husband and I with our 3 older children. We had access to the island amenities and it was a quick walk to the ocean. The property was beautiful, clean, and had most everything we needed already there. There were informative emails that walked us through the process from beginning to end and a welcoming, friendly staff at the office upon check in. We hope to return soon and would highly recommend this place.
