Our stay at 774 Spinnaker Beach House was nothing less than perfect. It was immaculate, and absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, stocked with everything we needed, and had a lovely deck. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor throughout was bright and updated. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We walked every single day to the beach and enjoyed some relaxation time, long walks, and gorgeous sunsets. After receiving amenity cards, we used the fitness club facility, which was also very clean and offered many options. We enjoyed some outdoor music and a wonderful happy hour and a delicious dinner by the golf course. We took advantage of dining out and shopping at Fresh Fields, right up the road from our stay. It was also a very convenient ride to Folly Beach and to the city of Charleston. We were very pleased with our accommodations. We highly recommend 774 Spinnaker Beach house to others.

774 Spinnaker is absolutely perfect! It is fully stocked with the basics and completely, beautifully renovated, as well as close to the beach and golf course. The entire villa is comfortable and welcoming and the hosts have thought of every amenity, including a magazine and book share. It is a definite home away from home. My only regret is that our time there was too short; we left yesterday and I already am missing my daily beach walk (and the interesting “wildlife” including an armadillo and white deer, neither of which I have ever seen before!). I look forward to coming back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

To be honest, the pictures on Vrbo don't do this property justice. It's awesome, has a wonderful layout, an updated kitchen... it's spacious. We really loved it. We have been to Seabrook before, so we're familiar with the community. Unfortunately, we got hit with bad weather. But, we always love the privacy of Seabrook, the plentiful amenities and gorgeous beaches. We used the Xplorie service and it was awesome!

This property is fantastic. We were excited to stay here based on the pictures and reviews, but the minute we walked in it exceeded our expectations. There's plenty of room, the location is amazing, and it's well maintained. Guests would be lucky to stay at this property if they're looking for a Seabrook vacation.

great location to access the pools and beach. you can visit the river inlet beach right across the way or go park at one of the beach accesses only a few minutes drive away. Seabrook is the best beach we have found for young families especially given the amenity access. We have been going to Kiawah for years but are now sold on Seabrook!

Property was fine. It was nice and clean and it was very nice to have linens provided. The close proximity to the beach was nice. The quiet and friendly community was also nice. The properties in this area are wonderfully maintained. The community is beautiful and we had a wonderful week.
