The property was clean and well maintained. The pictures capture exactly what you get. The space was just right for my partner, mother-in-law, our pup and myself. There was plenty of entertainment in the home with cable TV in each room, the living room and a few puzzles and a board game. The kitchen was comfortable for one person, two folks tops. There were good pots, oven dishes and knives if you want to cook a few meals. There were also plenty of cups, plates and utensils for a larger group. This was a very comfy and cozy place, we were bummed when it was time to leave. The community was very quiet and well kept. There's a little area about 10 minutes away with little shops, restaurants and supermarket in case you dont want to drive out too far. The Coastal Getaway team was amazing as well with all of the information they provide leading up to your trip. This was our first time at the island and renting this property, we would highly recommend.

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had staying at 777 Spinnaker Beachhouse. The beach house was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The Decor was beautiful and the house look like it had recently been totally renovated. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the fact that it was on a single cul-de-sac all by itself added to the atmosphere being perfect. We certainly will consider trying to rent this property again . We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Seabrook in the near future . We had a wonderful time and thank you for such ease of vacation renting. First and foremost your company is fantastic. The communication and details given were superb. It made everything from check in to check out glide smoothly. The property couldn't have been nicer. Clean, fresh, bright, walking distance to the beach and what a view! I have to add that Alligator bike rentals did a wonderful job. Bikes right at our doorsteps. It was so nice to bike to my Uncles house on Baywood Dr. I thank you for all you did. We certainly will be back.

We just love Seabrook. It is such a beautiful, quiet island. Love low key and simple. The Spinnaker was great. Well decorated and remodeled nicely. It was easy to find. Beach is close and beach club pool too. The beach and pool are not walking distance, if you have children or have items to take with you a golf cart or car are needed. The beach is .4 of a mile and the pool is .7 of a mile. We enjoyed our stay. We hope to one day have our own place on this beautiful island. We were married there five years ago and take our family back each year.
