The property was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk to the Beach Club, the beach pool is always a favorite. We did not realize the labeled Beach Access, directly across from the property, took you out to the Edisto River, not the ocean. We were excited to be able to walk out to the beach so easily but were disappointed with the River beach. We just walked down to the Beach Club for the best access.

Love coming to Seabrook! This location was great! Private and quiet. 5 min walk to the clubhouse/pool and the beach.

This home was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect if you like easy beach access.

We had a wonderful time, this is our third time visiting Seabrook and the best of the three if I had to choose. The house was wonderful and so close to beach access, it was especially helpful for smaller kids to just have to walk across the street.The home had a wonderful view from both levels We enjoyed many golf tee times for adults and kids and the house was very close to the golf club entrance as well as the beach club. We rented bikes and used them to bike to the pool and just for a ride around the island. We also chose to book to pirate cruise in Charleston which was a blast for the kids! . We ate at the Salty Dog in Bohicket one night and similar To previous experiences had a great time when dining there. For the pirates cruise, apparently xplorie cannot book the “extras” the cruise offers like the kids dress up items and does not inform you upon booking of this extra. It’s not a big deal but would be nice to know that will be offered on site for an additional $10 per kid. The cruise was amazing though, definitely was a highlight and not far away. We had one issue at pelicans nest the single time we went, the kids food arrived within reasonable time but the adult food took over an hour of additional time. May have been a server or kitchen problem but no one came out to say anything in regards to the wait. We just asked for a to go box because the kids were falling asleep at the table at that point. May not be a normal occurrence but I heard other guests talking about going other dining places instead due to similar problems on other days.

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.
