We have stayed at a lot of places on Seabrook. This was absolutely the best, and we will be back! A plus grade on everything!!

The place is very nicely decorated & we throughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t figure out that TV so I had to use my own streaming service to watch tv & the floors were gritty from the sand but nothing a swifter couldn’t fix. Overall I’d stay at this house again.

We had an amazing stay and this Spinnaker Beach House! It has been beautifully updated and was very clean and has the most well stocked kitchen I have seen in rental home! The beach access is right across the street and the pool is a quick bike ride up the road. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the island and riding to salty dog for the afternoon. Short drive to explore Charleston. We loved bringing our doodle as well! We will be back!

Another great start to our summer! We'll be back in August and can't wait.

Amenities included. We had an excellent time at this property. The house was decorated like something you’d see in a magazine. We travelled with our 5 & 8 year old boys and they loved the bunk beds. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk across the street so we were able to start and end our days at the beach. Even the walk to the beach club was only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

743 Spinnaker was amazing. The property was clean and well maintained and decorated. It felt like a home away from home. We also loved the screened in porch where we could dine outside without being aggravated by bugs. We did have the issue with the WiFi, but the issue was rectified in a timely manner. An addition of a water hose closer to the stairs would be great especially when the beach is so close. We used the hose under the garage, but after washing off our feet/sandals, we then had to walk through the dirt to get upstairs. The proximity to the beach and the beach club pool was most enjoyable. We really only took advantage of the Beach Club Pool, Pelican's Nest and the Osprey Cafe. Everything was great. Communications were timely and informative.
