e had a lovely weekend at Seabrook. It is such a beautiful island. Our property was in a great location! We were very pleased with1305 Pelican Watch and are grateful for having the opportunity to bring the dogs, too! Everything was in great shape- one recommendation is perhaps to have the old fashioned ice trays available. The ice maker in the fridge was a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal at all. Overall, we once again enjoyed renting through Coastal Getaways and look forward to returning again soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 1305 Pelican Watch Villa, in spite of some inclement weather. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and provided a fantastic view of the waterfront from the porch. Only one issue to note: rollers for the screen on the porch sliding doors were broken. The screen was off the track and could not be put back in place. That was not a problem for us because we kept the glass doors closed to preserve air conditioning. In cooler weather, some renters might prefer the option of a screened open door entry. Support and information from Coastal Getaways was, as always, outstanding and much appreciated!

Thank you;t the trip was great! All enjoyable in spite of the record low temps over the Christmas weekend. We didn't get to do some activities that we hoped -- golf, tennis. However, the beach, views, wildlife were spectacular!     The unit, 1305 Pelican Watch was well appointed with everything expected and needed in place. The toilet in the bedroom had a tendency to run and might need to be checked. Otherwise all was in good working order.     Would definitely recommend Seabrook and 1305 Pelican Watch as a short term rental.

We loved staying at Seabrook and 1305 Pelican watch villa was amazing!!! So close to the beach and dog friendly. I definitely will be back and specifically to this villa. Really only thing I might add is a note to the patio door stating it goes to the beach. We had no idea the first day. This is so convenient- especially with dogs!! My only other suggestion would be some type of sliding lock for the door on the patio to the beach. If you were to leave items on the patio, they would be secure. Really lovely island. One of my favorite vacations to date! Thank you!

Spending time with family was the most enjoyable. The property was bright and beachy. The communication with Coastal Getaways was great! There was a problem with a slow master basin drainage.

We love nature, the beach, biking and the water. This Seabrook condo was just perfect for us. We didn’t need our car - we biked everywhere. Very quiet, peaceful sleep and beautiful sunsets. Fabulous location.
