Very clean and a nice play to stay. Good for kids, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhome property. Convenient location to Freshfileds, Bohicket, Lake House and racquet club. It was a 10 minute drive to beach, we rented a golf cart from Lightning Bugz which was great to have. Last night on neighborhood dock the dolphins put on a great show for us.

The townhouse we stayed at was GREAT! Plenty of space for a family of 4. Very comfortable and well furnished. We absolutely loved the stay! The house was well stocked for our needs. Maybe more consumables like napkins, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper if I had to list something. The amenities overall were very good. We liked the tie to xplorie for golf, bikes, and paddle boards. Within the property could use a few more casual dining options. The fresh field village is a really nice option for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We too traveled to Charleston and John Island to visit recommended restaurants for dinners. We really liked the beach / pool / bar at the beach house. Everyone here is so nice! We were very happy with our stay and the hospitality of the Coastal Adventures staff. We hope to do this trip again in the future. Seabrook and Kiawah Islands are the place to be! Thank you again so much!!

We had a great time here. The house and kitchen was well stocked, the layout was ideal for families with kids, we were very close (a bike ride away) from several attractions, and the elevator was a big hit and helpful. Our only downside was that the refrigerator/freezer did not seem to cool very fast and the ice maker wasn't great. If you're planning on daily cooler usage, I would buy some ice. The back porch was lovely for my morning coffee, and my kids loved getting to watch the small alligator in the pond behind the home. The Garage is big enough for two cars, and the owners have left a few beach items for use. The amenity card and activity card was fun and helpful (we loved the pirate cruise and kayak tour).

Our stay at 3002 Salt Marsh was very enjoyable. This was our first experience staying at this location and we loved the close proximity to Bohicket Marina (where we keep our boat), Freshfields Village and access onto Seabrook Island. The Townhouse was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Nancy and the team at Coastal Getaways are always such a pleasure to work with. We look forward to being back on Seabrook Island several more times this Summer and Fall. Many thanks!
