This property was very clean and updates! We really enjoyed the wild life on the island.

Great accommodations in a modern day paradise.

Had great weather and time with our daughter and her family for 2 weeks. We've been coming to Seabrook every year for the past 40 years and sometimes twice a year so we love Seabrook and have stayed at many different units. The property we stayed at was very nice and having a third bedroom and a third bath was a real plus and a rarity for the Sealoft units. We found the unit very well equipped - everything we needed was there.  This Sealoft unit was very nice!

This villa was very conveniently located for us. The neighborhood pool was practically right across the street ( just a few houses down), and it was a quick walk to the beach. We made use of the amenity passes and spent a lot of time down at the beach club, which was easily walkable right down the beach. And the beach here is GORGEOUS! It's a great walking beach since it's so wide, and the sand is nice and hard-packed. The house itself was great. We had everything we needed except bikes. We were able to rent those and have them delivered right to the house though. We didn't end up bringing our dog because the drive was so far for us, but they even had a little basket of dog towels in the pantry for your furry friends! The fridge had a fair amount of condiments in it, with a note to replace as you use up. This was nice since we didn't have to buy a ton of ketchup, mustard, etc. We had such an awesome time and would love to come back some day.
