First floor unit and was very quiet until the last day when guests moved in to the unit above us. We really enjoyed our long walks on the beaches, especially walking the beach accessed by boardwalk #2. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Please tell us your impressions of the property you stayed in? The location was wonderful with a great view of the Edisto River and setting sun. The condo had sufficient items for our stay other than dull knives. We ate out 3 of the 4 nights. The kitchen was fine for preparing breakfast and lunch. We were visiting friends, so we greatly enjoyed our time with them. We rode our bikes around the island several day, which was great. We walked the beaches and took a kayak tour, which was great. We are not golfers, but do enjoy biking, fitness and pickleball. We did not have time to use the fitness center or pickleball, but would have if we were visiting longer. Having the access cards was great, but we did not have time to use them. Also, some of the properties were not open as the season has not started.

Another Wonderfull visit to Seabrook! Enjoying biking, kayaking, walking the beaches, sunsets and even a bird walk SIB! Our unit was 1317 was nice, well stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. Liked the rugs in the unit (although by wife did not) Locations is great since it’s just now from boardwalk to North Edisto River

This pelican watch unit was just as advertised. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the appliances including the TV worked perfectly. if I could change only one thing, it would be having bath towels that were a little more plush. The towels that were there were OK but they were a little thin. Otherwise, everything was great.

Had a great time at Pelican Watch and the Seabrook Club. Have been vacationing at SB on and off since 1991 and it is alway an enjoyable experience. A plus this year with no hurricanes in the areas our week!!
