We loved the house that we rented in Seabrook. It is right on the beach, has a beautiful screened porch, and steps up to the pool. The house is just beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The 3 ring binder that always comes with houses was not out when we arrived. I finally found it in a drawer. It had phone numbers of the restaurants, map of the island, and all kind of general information. It would have been nice having a little more update on the clubhouse closure due to remodeling and the second golf course being under renovation. We loved our week at Seabrook and would love to come back again.

This is a beautiful house that sits right on the beach. It has a wonderful screened in porch that looks out over the ocean. It was a short walk to the pool and dining amenities.

Unlike many houses we have rented, this house was true to the pictures and description. It was wonderful in almost every way - just could have been a little cleaner, especially the kitchen cabinets and the baseboards. The kitchen cabinets have suffered from high use, but they still could use a good deep clean. But other than that, the house was very well equipped and really perfect for our family. The porch! Loved the porch and spent most of our time there if we weren't outside or sleeping. You really can't beat the view and location this house has on Seabrook. Well furnished, well stocked kitchen, nice decor, very well done renovation, comfortable beds, perfect location and view. Really - the best beach rental we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. We had to rent beach chairs. Would be nice to have those provided at the top dollar price we paid. Thank you for responding very quickly to our concerns and for all the info you provided before and during our stay. We even got to see a turtle nest "boil" right near the house. Icing on the cake! Thanks for everything!!

This property exceeded all expectations. The location, size, and amenities were perfect, and the property manager was very responsive when we called about a few small issues that were quickly resolved. You cannot beat this location or view on Seabrook Island.

We enjoyed our family vacation on Seabrook. The house was very nice, and the view from the rear of the house, especially from the screened in porch was beautiful ! We ate all our meals on the porch, watching and listening to the ocean waves. The interior of the house was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only criticism would be that the two first floor bedrooms had to share one bathroom, rather than each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was great to be so close to the beach where we could just walk a few steps to get to. The community swimming pool was a short walk but was too crowded so we seldom used it. We liked this house the best of all the vacation rentals we have had because of its view and closeness to the beach which are outstanding, therefore, we would return to 3752 Seabrook Island....a house with a swimming pool and 4 bathrooms on the beach would be preferable, but no house can equal the ocean view from 3752, as well as its own short, private walkway to the beach !

The house was amazing, exceeded our expectations. Wonderful gathering space for extended family. Beautiful ocean view. Comfortable beds, clean space, great location. Hope to return for more fun.
