We would recommend this condo to others. Seabrook Island is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our time there a great deal. In terms of this property, it was exactly as described in the listing. The furniture, from beds to couches, were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good appliances, dishes, flatware, cooking/baking items, etc. Overlooking the marsh from the living area was wonderful! It is a neat spot. The pool that is part of the group of condos is very close by/super-convenient. It was never overpopulated when we were there. I will share a warning that there are a lot of stairs involved in the rental---walking up to the condo and then within the condo to go from the bedrooms (downstairs) to the living room/kitchen (upstairs). It did not affect our group but if you have people with mobility issues in your group I would consider this a less desirable property for you. The Coastal Getaways people were very easy to work with. They were responsive and helpful. They provided detailed information in a timely manner. (You do not have contact with the owner, all communication is through Coastal Getaways.) The stay on Seabrook Island comes with a fair amount of rules. We were totally good with this because it makes your time there very pleasant. For instance, the pools close at 8:00 pm and you are asked to keep quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm. It made our experience enjoyable but if you are looking for a party scene or to be able to do what you want, when you want, this is not it! Another point to note (again, did not impede us but I do want to mention it) is that the beach is a drive. It is too far to walk with your stuff. Again, we absolutely recommend this rental. It was a clean, comfortable stay in a lovely location. Seabrook Island was magical! Such a cool spot to spend the week.
