We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

Very nice place! Comfortable beds and awesome screened in porch! The first condo we stayed in had construction going on directly below us and we contacted the rental office about it and Lisa and Nancy responded immediately and moved us to another condo. The second condo was much more quiet. We liked the marsh views and the beach was beautiful! We hadn’t stayed on Seabrook Island before but we will return! The weather was a bit chilly this time of year and we were not able to swim or enjoy some of the amenities because most of the restaurants were either closed or open certain days a week. We met the manager at the golf club and he said they were not fully open yet for the season and had limited help. All and all we would love to return and stay again during the summer months when it’s a bit warmer outside and more things are open. It is a very beautiful property with awesome management! Thanks again!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

We love visiting Seabrook Island, and this was one of our favorite trips so far. The condo was perfectly clean and just steps from the pool. We loved having coffee on the screened-in porch every morning too. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The fact that I could bring my dog was awesome and the back porch was so lovely to read on! Only a few minor issues to report. I mentioned to the maintenance staff that you should make the tenants aware of the lack of filtered water in the home. Also, the lightbulbs were out in a few of the lamps. For the cost and value of the property, we had a wonderful time.
