1220 Creekwatch was a wonderful villa - gorgeous views out over the estuary including seeing the dolphins play right below our deck! (Our dog wanted to join but we limited her to just watching.) Hope to be back very soon.

The home was beautiful, perfect for our family and we loved that it was pet friendly ! The only challenge was that there were wasps in the primary bathroom and upstairs. They were very quick to take care of the situation though. Fortunately, the wasps were slow moving and not a swarm so they felt manageable (if that makes sense?). We would return.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The attention to detail really stood out! From the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen and cozy atmosphere.The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was seamless,they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

Location, location, location! Perfect - directly across from beach access! Second floor view of beach/ocean was also amazing! Couple of things need attention....sheets are in need of replacement - old & dingy. Dining room chairs are extremely uncomfortable, had to use a pillow. They are also too low for the table. Outside light never was replaced although we asked a couple of times. Very dark there at night. There is an outlet by the table that needs attention. Otherwise, a great place. We would rent there again!
