We truly enjoyed out stay. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and walking to the crab dock to watch the sunset.

Love the Condo, fully stocked, amazing view over the marsh with beautiful view of the moon setting. Definitely recommend this condo.

It’s hard to think of a more ideal location than this one. We spent lots of time bike-riding and simply enjoying the gorgeous views of the marsh and wildlife from on the balcony. There was a vent in one of the bedrooms that needed cleaning, which I trust the property manager has addressed. (We let them know at the end of our stay.) For anyone with trouble on stairs (including families with babies/toddlers), I would say this isn’t for you. For everyone else, I would heartily recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at 1220 Creekwatch Villa and will definitely be back! We loved the charming decor, comfortable spaces for reading and relaxation, outdoor porches, and large windows with a beautiful view of the marsh and ocean at the horizon. The bed was very comfortable and updated bathrooms were great. Everything we could need we found in the well-appointed kitchen. And all a short walk to the beach. A lovely and relaxing getaway on lovely Seabrook Island.
