Absolutely beautiful home, four generations of our family stayed and the house offered homey family space as well as quiet individual space.Outdoor patios are very spacious and separated for eating, lounging and conversation. Heated pool and outdoor bar were cool! Beautiful home and neighborhood! Will be suggesting to friends for future stays! Definitely recommend this home.

We recently rented 3290 Coon Hollow and had the BEST STAY! The heated pool was the hilite of our vacation. We came in town for a half marathon on Kiawah and loved the convenience to the connecting island, ships, restaurants, and beach access points. The home was extremely clean and complete with everything we could think of! The furnishings and the giant porch were just so perfect. We hosted our family Christmas here and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and sleep. 10/10 recommend!

What an amazing rental. We had our family Thanksmas (combo Thanksgiving/Christmas) there December 8-10 and it was wonderful. The house was very nicely furnished, the great room/kitchen/dining area was perfect for a large group and the back porch, screened room and pool topped it off perfectly. Highly recommend this rental home as an 11 out of 10.

My wife and several friends stayed at 3290 Coon Hollow Dr this past August and we want to give this incredible rental property a fantastic review. Each of our rooms was a suite with your own bathroom. The kitchen was large and phenomenal. It also had a huge deck on the back , partially screened in all overlooking a beautiful built in pool. Any group of people would love to rent this property. My review is 5 stars

Excellent property in SBI for large group. The home is gorgeous and the kids loved the heated pool. The kitchen beautiful and great for entertaining. However, the size of the home would benefit from 2 dishwashers, a more functional oven, and additional chefs tools/utensils. As foodies, we found baking and cooking for 3 families challenging. As a new home, there were minor glitches with hot water, but quickly fixed by excellent property managers! We will be back!
