Great property. We loved the location and the layout. It was perfect for our family. Nearly every day we road our bicycles and walked on the beach. We saw dolphins almost every day and on several days we observed them feeding and leaping out of the water. I was disappointed in some of the restaurant closings like McGann’s and Roadside Seafood. The checkout lines at Harris Teeter were ridiculous most times of the day. I hope they rectify that situation before we return in 2023. LaTela and Cantina 76 were great. The food and service were top notch. While not on the technically an Island Amenity, I would recommend Simply Seafood on Maybank to anyone.The neighborhood raccoon visited the basement every night leaving evidence of visits each time. Guests should be advised against leaving anything valuable in the basement and be sure to bungee the trash and recycle bins.Re: Coastal called critter control to rectify the situation.

This place was very nice and had plenty of space for our friends and family. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with a short ride to the beach. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We really enjoyed the screen in area off the living area and watching the sunrise.

We rented bikes and took advantage of exploring the island . Our favorite things were trail riding , fishing and lots of time at the pool and beach. We also enjoyed golf both at Crooked oaks and Stono Ferry. Our house was very comfortable and a good location. We enjoyed the ping pong table on a rainy day . I would suggest providing beach chairs to the guests. The booking was very easy and we had all the information in advance. We will always use Coastal Getaways when staying at Seabrook!!!

We had a great time at the house on Seabrook. The house was really functional, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean, comfortable and a perfect place to accommodate our 2 families which included 4 teenagers between 12-18 years old. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the screed-in porch overlooking the golf course. We cooked all our meals in the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated being able to social distance by riding our rented bikes to the beach every day! Three of the kids and one adult went horse back riding and really enjoyed riding through the marshes. One adult and one teenager had lots of fun playing tennis and pickle ball. We did purchase a small table-top gas grill before the trip which we used every evening. (It was easier than lighting the charcoal grill provided.) We’re grateful for the safe trip and wonderful memories that we made.
