We had a great time. Enjoyed the clean room with a great view of the Ocean and pool area.

Super location with easy walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants and golf. Property was clean with great amenities. We loved starting each day on the extra large deck with morning coffee and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

As others noted, this unit is very nicely decorated, has a well stocked kitchen and provided beach chairs and other toys for those with smaller children. It is perfectly situated across from the beach club/pool as well as beach access.... however, pay attention to the tide schedule as the ocean waves come all the way up to the stairs at Boardwalk 7 during high tide. The beach club is a perfect solution having the pool and a sandy beach area with! Communication and details related to the Seabrook Island community have all been great as well.

We tried to find reasons for this property to not be our new favorite. No matter what we thought of, the property brought new positive surprises. This Atrium Villa has the views, the comfort, and the perks you need for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend renting a Low Speed Vehicle (golf cart) from Golfcart.fun when you stay here. Also, make sure to check out Charleston. This property is within 30 minutes of the great food and history hidden in Charleston. There are many ammenities on Seabrook Island, but make sure you ask many questions and read all information the property managers provide or you may miss important needs or restrictions limited by the Home Owners Associations of Seabrook Island. Above all, this is a new favorite for our annual beach vacation. This is an absolute gem and a must visit when visiting the east coast. South Carolina is a beautiful state and honestly this is a much more relaxing location and more low key than the upscale Hilton Head area. Enjoy your stay! I promise you will.

Our family has been visiting Seabrook for a couple summers, and while we have stayed at the Atrium before, this was our first time at this particular unit. It was PERFECT. Clean, beautifully decorated, and gorgous views. Additionally we absolutely loved the spaciousness of the condo and veranda, the location to the beach/Pelican's Nest/pool, and the ease of check-in/out process. As an added bonus, I can't speak highly enough for Nancy and her team. They were so kind, helpful, and answered right away whenever I had a question. We absolutely loved our vacation!

We so enjoyed staying here for a few days. The location is the BEST! It is directly across from the pool and ocean and we totally enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. A great place which we would like to return to in the future!
