My wife and I have been vacationing at Seabrook for about 10 years now. We come down 1-2 times each year. We love the island. The only thing notices was that there was a several degree temperature difference between the first and second floors, due to heat rising. This is simply a result of the house design. It was not an issue for us, as we would just adjust the thermostat accordingly. However, if there were multiple families using the unit, it might make it more of challenge to keep the temperature at a setting that is comfortable to all.

Great villa. Loved all the decks. Gorgeous sunsets off the kitchen. Quiet, comfortable. Extremely clean. The area would be best for little kids because the water is very calm at the beach in front of the villas. We needed to drive to be able to get in the wave action.

The villa was wonderful, so clean and bright. The location is great, very close to the boardwalk to the beach right outside the door. We love Seabrook Island because of the beautiful live oaks with moss, palm trees and all the foliage. Add a beautiful beach and we are in heaven. The villa was well equipped, well take care of of and had lots of beach equipment, games, puzzles and books. We also appreciated some spices and non perishable item left. We were very comfortable and happy there. Lots of room The deck is situation for a great view of the stunning sunsets. Also beautiful mornings waking up to the shimmering ocean and even had 3 little deer right off the deck one morning. Will definitely return!! The bedroom with 2 small twin beds has the best views on the first floor. We would have loved to have that room be more of a master and have to twins in the back bedroom.

The location and property was perfect. The place was clean and had everything we could use during our stay. Coastal Getaways website was pretty useful and since this was our second time, we knew what to expect. The house was well stocked. We loved biking to freshfields shopping center.

Thank you for everything. we enjoyed our stay very much! we’ve never stayed in seabrook before, only Kiawah. we’d definitely stay again:) The positives were having amenity cards and the location of house to amenities!! getting a free bike. The house was nice in that it felt like we were staying a relative’s house, decorated, loads of books, lots of dishes, fully furnished, 3 bathrooms, decks, full washer/dryer, everything you need in the kitchen, too:) Several tv’s with every channel, including the tennis channel:) We loved the windows and views. it felt very private! closet had everything you need for the beach. Absolutely loved that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, hand soap, detergent, plenty of nice towels in bathroom and kitchen… Plenty of seating. very very comfortable.

I think the close proximity and private community walking access to the beach should be emphasized on the listing! Walking steps to the beach was the best part for our family with little kids. We had a great week and can’t wait to come back! Would definitely rent this unit again! Had a ton of space for our family + grandparents, loved the second fridge in the laundry room, and the views/walking proximity to the beach was incredible.
