Our stay at 784 Spinnaker was perfect. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We loved the size and openness of the unit. The furnishings were lovely. Very nice grill on the deck. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to access the beach and just a little further to the pool. The only thing we didn't like was you have to "rent" towels at the pool. We travel quite a bit and have never had to do that. Just ridiculous!!!!! Other than that we have no complaints. Looking forward to returning soon.

We love784 Spinnaker! Very clean and well taken care of. Nothing significant, the twin bunk bed closest to the wall has a slightly loose headboard. But again, nothing significant. our favorite property we've stayed in. Loved the proximity to the beach! We always have a great time! Coastal Getaways always provides all of the necessary information.

We had a great family vacation week at Seabrook! We have been vacationing there for several years and they all have been wonderful. *Good location. Even though it was a bit further from the Club, it was still a short walk. * The unit was clean when we arrived. I found the starter kit of detergent, but still have to buy some for the week. No big deal. * There were plenty of dishes and utensils. We really enjoyed the deck and porch. * We really liked that the unit was shaded which helped with the heat.  

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable and in a beautiful setting. To answer some of your questions… the only thing I could think of regarding the home furnishings would be maybe a few extra towels in the bathrooms. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the Pelican’s Nest frequently - and all of the staff we encountered were friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay at 784 Spinnaker. Everything was great. Maybe a couple more lamps in upstairs rooms. As to amenities, we thought the towel rule for the pool was ridiculous. Not being able to bring our towels but especially having to pay to rent the towels. A bit much. Just charge a little more up front if that is the issue. The free bike and passes were great. So easy to schedule. We like everything about Seabrook. Esp the 25 mph enforcement

The property was excellent. We really enjoyed the open living room which had a wonderful view of the golf course.
