This was a wonderful house for a family getaway to the beach! It was very spacious and the rooms were large enough that we could put up a pack and play for a toddler with no problems. Three different options for decks to sit on and the beautiful enclosed porch was a great place to eat dinner at night! A short walk to the beach and great location on the island!

It is a well maintained condo. It was clean and very comfortable. The screen porch was breezy & gave us a nice place for breakfast & lunch. The only “issue” (which wasn’t really much of an issue) was the extra throw blankets in the chest under the stairs had a bad odor. Amenity cards being included would be nice. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Well equipped home in a perfect location.

We had a fabulous stay at the Spinnaker condo, thank you. Property was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Furniture/decor was a bit out-dated, but did not bother us, as it was very comfy. Off-hand, I think the only item that we could've used more of was toilet paper. Often we find homes without enough trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, but that was not the case here. We will often make a decision on a home on Seabrook (we visit often) based on whether the Amenity Card is included. It's not a deal-breaker, but could sway us, or others, to pick another property instead...

Very comfortable. Very close to the Beach club. Property manager was very responsive.
