Our family really enjoyed our visit to Seabrook Island this past week. We made so many memories and our kids were already talking about planning our next trip back! We loved being able to walk the neighborhood and our drive to the boardwalk to go to the beach was not bad at all. We got to see a gator on the golf course from the sunroom window of the house which our son loved! We were blown away by the amount of deer we saw and loved driving around at night to see how many we could spot. Seabrook Island was quiet and quaint and everything we were looking for in our beach vacation. We loved that the beach was so nice and that there were not an overwhelming amount of people on the beach. My favorite part of the entire trip was being at peace while we were there. I loved Freshfields Village and the fact that if we never wanted to leave the island we had everything there we would need all within a very short driving distance. We felt that the property was nicely kept and the updating inside the home was wonderful! Nice coastal farmhouse feel which is right up my alley! We did have to call on our second day there because the master bath sink and the second bath shower would not drain properly. But, while we were away the next day someone came and unclogged them and we had no further issue at all. One of our only suggestions would be some additional supplies/cooking accessories in the kitchen. We don't tend to eat out much, which I know is not common for a lot of vacationing families, so we ate many of our meals there at the house. We did feel that the kitchen needed just a few more necessity type items that would help with meal prep. Measuring cups/bowls, a pizza cutter, a muffin pan, and a lighter for the grill were a few of the things we needed and did not have. I might also suggest a couple of extra trash bags as well. Overall though we absolutely loved our trip to Seabrook Island and our stay at 545 Tarpon Pond! Thank you so much for helping to make our family trip so great!
