Lovely condo, enjoyed sitting on balcony people watching with a distant ocean view. Location directly across from the pool, coffee shop and restaurant was extremely convenient. Got to see the dolphins “stranding” which was amazing. Food and drinks were a bit pricey when all the resort fees/taxes were added in. Dog friendly, with lots of walking options for the dogs.

Great location with easy access to beach and pool. Property was as described. Very comfortable. The porch as a great place to eat, relax and spend time.

Atrium villla is in a great location near the club and beach. This condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Great balcony with lots of seating that made the sunsets even more enjoyable.

This is a wonderful place to get away and do nothing except relax and enjoy the beach. Though Charleston is nearby, we rarely left the island. The property is across the street from the ocean with access within an easy walk. We went during off-season over the US Thanksgiving holiday in late November. It was quiet and very relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The dogs had a good time as well since they can frolic on the beach off-lead that time of year.

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room in the common area to be together comfortably. I especially enjoyed the covered deck. The big table on the deck has seen better days, but it's a nice place to just hang out even when the weather is dreary. The location is great if you're using any of the facilities and it was only a short walk to the beach. Having the laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, a clean sponge and dish towels was great. And the supplies for the puppy dogs were thoughtful. What we enjoyed most was the ocean. Given that it was off-season it was very quiet, which was nice. The amenities are better than average but they are limited and we didn't really use them. I understand the speed limit, but it means you have to plan extra time when going off-island for anything. The best part was being able to walk on the beach with the dog off lead this time of year. Our senior dog loves that part.
