We enjoyed our stay in the Atrium Villas. We were there to attend a wedding and found it to be very convenient due to its central location. The only complaint I have with the unit I stayed in is that the floors are extremely cold. I’m sure this is due to the location of the unit being right on top of the garage and not well insulated. The Seabrook community is lovely but could definitely benefit from a breakfast place other than the pastry shop. It wouldn’t have to be fancy, but just servicable to a captive "bacon and eggs" crowd. Hopefully this helps.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped, great layout, beautiful porch.Kids sand toys would be nice. We also had to borrow pack n plays and high chairs for the little kids which would’ve been convenient to not have to outsource. We loved the weather, proximity to the beach/pool.

All was great with 2931 Atrium. It was well equipped and the beds were amazingly comfortable As usual the customer service by Coastal Getaways is what makes the trip totally stress free. Thank you all for your hands on customer service!!! I would never utilized any other rental company for seabrook!

It was, as always, a great family vacation on Seabrook Island! Everything at the condo was fine (the patio is AMAZING).

Our favorite part of our stay at 2931 Atrium Villa is the fabulous location as well as the wraparound covered deck. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beach breeze and views from the porch. This is our second visit and we plan to return in the Fall. The shower in the guest room is wonderful. . Coastal Getaways was very responsive to all of our needs. The owner extremely responsive to an issue we encountered and was greatly appreciated.  This is a special place.

We loved the villa. Nice views and well furnished. I prefer to have comfortable seating on the outside deck and this one was very nice. I appreciated having some trash bags and laundry and dish detergent. We most enjoyed being able to bring our dog as Seabrook seems to be very pet friendly. The only trouble we had was finding restaurants that had take out (at least past 4 pm). Nothing you can do about that but if I had known it would be so difficult I probably would've planned to just cook in the evenings. This was our second time visiting Seabrook and using Coastal Getaways. I have no complaints and feel like you do a great job of communicating. Thank you!
