The house was perfect! It was immaculately kept and stocked with everything a vacationer would need to have a great time at Seabrook. Be sure to turn on the A/C when you arrive via the electrical panel in the laundry room. The proximity to the beach, club, and golf is wonderful. Also, the privacy and quietness of the area is a huge plus.

We love the island and especially the nature aspect. Amenity cards are great, but overpriced for the benefits received. Your property was beautiful and we enjoyed the house.

We had a great time at Seabrook during our week’s stay.. We enjoyed the Beach house very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spinnaker Beach house vacation! It was out first vacation since Covid hit. We needed a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved all of the upgrades in this house. Perfect size for our family of four. We found that we enjoyed the beach a little further down past the pool area. There were more waves there for the kids to enjoy boogie boarding. We would drive the short distance to that boardwalk…less than two minute drive. There was always parking available there. The beach closer to our home was perfect for watching the sunset each night. Beautiful each night and the perfect was to end each day. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!

The Property was nice and very clean. A/C has to be set very low in order to keep upstairs bedrooms cool.
