Cottage is very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, gas grill worked just fine, the sun room was very inviting, no squeaky floors or squeaky doors. It was nice to have a free bike, and we rented the second one. Practical notes: To guests: 1) if you loosing internet connection every 30 seconds, press and hold a small button on the back on the router to reboot it. We did it just once and it worked. 2) If you are used to sleep on a soft mattress, beware that master bedroom mattress is very firm. To owners: it would have been nice to have at least two beach chairs available. Overall, we liked the property.

The home has plenty of cookware including knives that aren't dull. Home is very clean and the sun room gave us a nice place for the kids to play. The property is very close to the beach club and the golf courses. We would stay here again.

We needed a quick getaway to see the beach and were very happy with this cottage. Close to the beautiful beaches and amenities, it was extremely well kept and updated. We spent a day looking at units to buy and this was in nicer condition than any of the units we looked at in the Summerwind complex. The enclosed back area provided a lot of free space for us to relax in. Because we prepared most of our meals, it was very nice to have everything we needed to cook some pretty complex meals…and the knives were very sharp. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

My daughter her husband and two little boys had a very nice stay at 1117. Plenty of room for two little boys to play. Thanks for offering this comfortable South Carolina home to them.
