We stayed at 1708 Live Oak Park for 8 weeks. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay - overall, it is well furnished and has a good supply of plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. We will be staying at this same property for three months next year - so clearly we liked it. Has lovely view.

Excellent location, stunning marsh view

We really enjoyed the property , it was clean and was a great location . I liked that it has a few staples like dishwashing tabs, paper towels and trash bags, so I didn’t have to run out and pick those items up. What I loved most was the scenery - it was just so beautiful with all the trees and vegetation. It was really well kept which is nice. I also like that it was close to the grocery store and a few restaurants in a little town. I loved being able to go to the club and have the towels provided and food and drinks. It was overall just a great trip, I will definitely be back in the future!

Just got back from spending a week in Seabrook and absolutely loved it! I’ve never been to this part of the state before and it’s a real gem. The condo was a great location -loved being right across the street from the pool so we could just walk right on over. Just a great trip all around, everybody was very accommodating and friendly and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Very peaceful and we were able to visit and enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Only issue was a musty smell downstairs. One of my friends has allergies so it did bother her some. We did enjoy our stay and will return to Seabrook again!!

As we were preparing to depart, we were going to start a load of towels, but the washer had something dripping onto the top. So I called and reported the problem about the washer. We hung towels back up as instructed in rules. We did enjoy our stay and will return to Seabrook again!!
