Our first trip to Seabrook was wonderful. The house was closer than we had anticipated to the beach access and that was such a nice surprise! So easy for our kids to ride the 3min to the beach!! The house itself was nice. Very clean. I will say the beds are not great and if those were updated, that would make this home an amazing rental. The house was short on some cookware but your staff responded quickly and brought us what we needed. We also had an issue with the first floor AC but Joe helped us get that resolved and we stayed nice and cool after that. Only other recommendation I can make is the deck furniture. The outdoor table wasn’t in great shape. All in all, we were pleased. The layout worked well and the updates that have been done were nice.
