The villa was perfect for us being conveniently located only a short bike ride away from our daughter Danielle's place. The place was clean and the setting was lovely with the beautiful marsh views every morning and evening .... plus there were plenty of board games and puzzles to keep the grandkids occupied. We especially appreciated the maps of Seabrook Island as well as the brochures/pamphlets about the various activities there and in nearby Charleston The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with every kitchen gadget and utensil one could hope to use. We would not hesitate to re commend it to our California friends looking for a relaxing south-east coast get-away.

1515 Deer Point Villa was beautifully furnished, and the long range views of the tidal marsh are spectacular. The light-filled main room and view was our favorite amenity of our stay! The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we need, and we cooked very nice meals most nights. We appreciated having essential condiments available! We enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife on the tidal marsh outside our villa and the beach was spectacular! The house location was great for enjoying both the marsh life and the beach life! Our visit was low-key amenity-wise, but we did enjoy the beach club food venues: the Osprey cafe has fantastic shakes and the Pelican's Nest offered a delicious lunch with a beautiful view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Seabrook vacation. The most enjoyable part was sharing concentrated time with our family. There were 22 of us in 4 different places. It is a family tradition. We have been coming since 1991. My, how things have changed since those humble beginnings. The amenities are just fine. It is most convenient to use the cards instead of cash. We were at 1515 Deer Pointe. It was decorated very nicely. We walked in and felt right at home. It was warm and welcoming. We love the marsh view. Most of all, it was very clean!!! That is very important to us. We love the information given ahead of time about what you have provided and what to expect. The “starters” are most appreciated.

This property was one of the nicest we have ever rented!! The layout was terrific, the furnishings were high quality, the kitchen had everything and there was light and views everywhere. Fantastic bird watching from the front porch. We loved it!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1515 Deer Point. Loved the location and Marsh view. The Villa was clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic dishwater, pots/pans and utensils. All of the appliances worked perfectly. The furnishings were all in great shape and comfortable. We’ll definitely rent this Villa again!

We LOVE that you can feel completely isolated in Seabrook but then go to the Beach Club and feel like you're at a resort. It's a perfect mix for us. Walking through the door of the villa is a perfect first impression of vacation! With the expansive view and well maintained and clean living room it's very welcoming. Beds were comfortable, rooms weren't cluttered at all, and we loved the variety of games and puzzles provided. The rental had plenty of bath towels provided and extra blankets in all of the closets. Everything was VERY clean on arrival which we loved! the kitchen was extremely well stocked with items you don't typically find in a rental! Overall this is our favorite rental on Seabrook to date, and we will most definitely be back!
