We really enjoyed 1228 Creekwatch Villa. Used the screened porch every morning and evening. The view of all the birds and the marsh was great. The unit itself was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals – one of the most well-equipped kitchens we’ve seen in a rental. Living room and bedroom furniture was very comfortable. Appreciated that it was dog-friendly. Enjoyed the pool at the complex. Typically we’ve found that that particular pool isn’t warm enough for swimming in June, but the water temperature was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood – our favorite place on Seabrook Island. The beach was lovely – with waves big enough for boogie-boarding and so much space that social-distancing was not at all difficult. All in all, a terrific vacation!

The location and island were perfect. We loved sitting on the screen porch and enjoying the view and wildlife. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If I was to mention any cons it would only be that the A/C didn't seem to be cooling the upstairs area adequately,although the fan up there really helped and we couldn't get the cable to come on in the master bedroom,but it may have been something we weren't doing right. I tried to look for directions for the tv,but didn't find any. But really that wasn't a big deal. All in all we would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at 1228 Creekwatch in recently, and enjoyed it so much that I feel compelled to write a review. The condo is attractively decorated with outstanding amenities (my son was especially excited to see the Apple TV!!), and the beds feel like they have new mattresses. Although we didn’t bring our pooch, we could have, as this place is pet-friendly. Relaxing on the comfortable screened porch and enjoying the beautiful creek and marsh views was my favorite part of our stay. Despite knowing nothing about birds, I loved watching them in that peaceful setting. My son and daughter especially liked walking on the unspoiled nearby beach and looking for seashells. We weren’t able to use the Creekwatch swimming pool as the weather wasn’t warm enough during our winter visit, but it’s nice to know there is one for when we come back in the summertime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable, updated, and well-maintained, with lovely furnishings and décor. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, with high-end utensils, dishes and appliances. The owners have a nice supply of board games in case you hit a rainy day, and the wifi is very good. We relaxed on the screened porch overlooking the marsh with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, soaking in the view. We loved the Sleep Number Bed. The condo is in a very quiet area, with no through traffic. All we heard at night was the ocean. It was February when we visited, so we weren’t able to use the Creek Watch pool, but it looked very nice and we hope to return in warmer weather to check it out. The crabbing dock and kayak launch are just a short walk away, and beach access is only a 10-12 minute bike ride. We had a lovely time walking on the beach, bird watching, and sightseeing. Bring your binoculars and camera!
