Felt like a vacation from the minute we walked thru the door. The place was clean and taken care of, but still homey and comfortable to relax in. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with spices and other small touches that made cooking a pleasure. The screened-in porch is what sold us on the place, and it didn't disappoint. Honestly, I was googling availability for future trips while staying here it was that good!

This home was beautiful. The pictures are spot on. The location was simply stunning. Seabrook Island, while a bit of a drive from Charleston, was the perfect spot to unwind. While we never ate in the home (I don't want to cook on vacation!) it had everything you needed to make the perfect meal - even some staples like salt & pepper, sugar, spices... items not normally seen in rental homes. If I could have taken the couch home with me, I would have. It was so incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Now for the management company - Coastal Getaways of South Carolina were by far, the best company I have dealt with. Quick to respond to questions. Simply a pleasure to deal with. The daily free activities were also a bonus. While we only took the dolphin boat cruise, it was fun and relaxing.

The villa was very nice. We loved the layout. The colors and decor were so nice. The furniture was comfy. It was very clean upon arrival. I found the kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils you may need.

This house was very updated, clean and the kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
